UP DOWN ALL AROUND

The focus of this project is on housing with and without children. A steel frame construction stretches over the entire property in the inner city area of Graz. The development is analogous to the changing spatial requirements due to the life cycles of families and can grow and shrink. As a result, new open spaces, communication and meeting zones are created again and again.
